New site in-progress for a Kendal based childminders. Full site site should launch October 2008. Personally recommended childcare!
Dream Drams
New ecommerce website launched in August 2008, selling malt whisky. They bottle their own casks making limited bottlings of high quality whisky.
Haws Watering Cans
Now in its second design phase, there should be further adjustments as the company gears up for its 2009 product launch.
Garden Gifts Direct
When Haws wanted to sell a few products online I was asked to design my first e-commerce site. I think it came out well, and also was very economical and simple to roll out. I have managed the site ever since, adding a few features and since launch in late 2006 the site is now ranked quite well in the search engines and business is booming!
Independent Coach Education
Second web design for this local company who are expanding quickly. This website features a Content Management System (CMS) as well as an ecommerce site to accept bookings. The company are able to manage the site by themselves, which is increasingly becoming an essential part of their business operations, with just a little help from me.
Chocolat in Kirkby Lonsdale
An simple ecommerce site for a local shop which will be expanded over during August to September 2008 to incorporate their expanding product lines of malt whiskies and leaf teas.
I
take pleasure in working closely with clients, allowing them to be as hands on with the design and development process as they wish. This often means that I work at the clients' own office with them in front of the screen for periods of time. I have found that this approach allows for better understanding of the client's needs, increased awareness on the part of the client as to what may and what may not work in the design and ultimately improved customer satisfaction.
I am available to work 7 days a week during the day and also in the evenings (at no extra cost I might add). Thats right, I'm flexible! Creativity does not always happen between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday...
As I already do quite a bit of trade work, I am quite happy to give discounts for agencies, printers etc.
